PRIVACY & TRUST
Your information.
Our responsibility.
This notice explains how Struvanta will handle website enquiries and how you can ask questions about your information.
This website is open for information and voluntary email or WhatsApp enquiries. The online business-registration and customer-review forms remain disabled while their final data-protection and security checks are completed.
1. Who is responsible?
Struvanta Limited (Company Registration No. 9980825) is a Nigerian private company limited by shares, incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 on 2 November 2026. The company provides financial systems and operational support for small and growing businesses. For new Struvanta website enquiries handled by the company, Struvanta Limited determines the purposes and means of processing the information described in this notice. Oshevire Efetobore Paul is the designated business/privacy contact, operating from Oke-Aro, Giwa, Ogun State, Nigeria. This is a business contact locality; the CAC certificate does not establish a registered-office street address. For personal information collected before incorporation in an individual operating capacity, any change of controller or transfer of responsibility will be reviewed and communicated where required; incorporation alone does not automatically transfer those records.
For enquiries or requests concerning personal information, contact [email protected] or our verified Struvanta WhatsApp Business channel. This contact is for privacy requests as well as general enquiries.
2. Information we handle
When business-interest registration is enabled, we may collect a business name, industry, contact person's name, email and/or telephone number, the financial-system or operational-support need selected, optional enquiry notes, and submission date and follow-up status. At least one contact method is needed so we can respond. We may also process limited technical information needed to deliver the website, detect spam and secure the form.
You may separately contact us by email or WhatsApp, in which case those services handle the information you choose to send. Do not share bank statements, bank login details, passwords, BVNs, national identification numbers, customer lists, sensitive staff records or confidential financial documents through the initial enquiry form.
3. Why we use information and our lawful bases
Responding to an enquiry: We use the information you choose to submit to understand your request, evaluate relevant services and contact you about that request. The form asks for your affirmative permission to process those details for that purpose. Where appropriate, handling information necessary for steps you ask us to take before a potential contract may also apply.
Website security: Limited technical data may be handled to protect against spam, misuse and unauthorised access, as permitted by applicable law. Legal obligations: We may preserve specific records where Nigerian law requires it. We do not use an enquiry submission as automatic permission to send unrelated promotional messages; separate permission will be sought if such marketing is introduced.
4. Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts this website, provides Turnstile anti-spam checks, and supplies the private D1 database proposed for storing form submissions. The D1 registration database is separate from any Struvanta client financial-management database. Zoho Mail handles email correspondence through addresses such as [email protected]. WhatsApp (Meta) handles conversations only when you choose that channel. We do not sell enquiry information or publish it as a customer testimonial.
These providers may process information outside Nigeria. Cloudflare D1's data location is configured by Cloudflare and is not represented as Nigerian-only storage. Before form activation, Struvanta will verify its provider arrangements and any safeguards required for international transfers. Only authorised people handling Struvanta enquiries should be permitted to view the private records; service providers may process data to deliver their services.
AI-assisted enquiry processing
Struvanta may use OpenAI’s API to help assess business enquiries, recommend potentially suitable services and prepare draft messages for human review. For this purpose, Struvanta submits only limited categorical business information, such as industry category, employee range, service interests and current business-management method. Our current integration does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, business names, lead IDs, timestamps or free-text descriptions of business challenges to OpenAI.
AI-generated suggestions are preliminary. A Struvanta representative reviews them before contacting anyone or confirming a plan, quote or service recommendation. The system does not automatically send WhatsApp messages or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
OpenAI may process the submitted categories outside Nigeria. Under OpenAI’s published API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless the account opts in. The integration requests non-persistent responses (store: false), but OpenAI may retain limited abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, or longer where permitted or required. Struvanta will review the applicable provider safeguards before enabling AI processing of real leads. This AI activity is separate from the website’s currently disabled registration form.
5. How long we keep enquiries
Struvanta has approved a policy to delete or de-identify business enquiries that do not become customer engagements within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. We will review eligible records regularly and restrict any exception to a documented legal obligation or dispute-related hold with a review date. If an enquiry becomes a customer engagement, the relevant client, accounting and contractual retention requirements will apply. The policy must be operationally implemented and tested before website registrations are activated. Cloudflare may hold previous database states temporarily as part of its backup and recovery services.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act and applicable conditions, you can request access to personal information concerning you, correction, deletion, or other applicable restrictions; object to certain processing; request portability where applicable; or withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate prior lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Email [email protected] and describe the request. If you believe your privacy rights have been breached, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
7. Security and customer reviews
We plan to use access restrictions, Cloudflare security controls and Turnstile checks to reduce unauthorised access and automated submissions. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. The customer-review form is not yet enabled. If launched later, it will require a separately approved publication notice, customer consent and private review verification before anything appears publicly.
8. Financial Health Check and automated recommendations
The free Financial Health Check calculates your assessment score and suggested Struvanta services within your browser. Struvanta does not automatically receive your answers or score through that assessment. You decide whether to contact us afterward. These educational recommendations are not decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and do not guarantee business outcomes.
9. Client financial-system information
This notice covers the public website and business enquiries. Personal information in a client's accounting or operating records will be governed by the relevant service agreement and instructions. Clients are intended to retain control of their operational data; Struvanta's support access must follow the permissions agreed with the client.
10. Updates to this notice
We will update this notice before online business registration is enabled, if our data-processing arrangements materially change, or if additional company/contact details need to be published. Any proposed change in the legal controller of personal data collected before incorporation will be assessed and communicated where required.
Last revised: 2 November 2026 · Website enquiries: information via email and WhatsApp only; online registration and reviews remain disabled pending final privacy, transfer and security acceptance.
